HRPC सदस्यता: पूर्व संस्था से त्यागपत्र व NOC अनिवार्य, गलत जानकारी पर सदस्यता निरस्त संबंधित सूचना

यदि किसी अन्य मानवाधिकार नामक संस्था के वर्तमान सदस्य Human Rights Protection Cell (HRPC) से जुड़ना चाहते हैं, तो उनके लिए यह अनिवार्य है कि वे पहले अपने वर्तमान संगठन में विधिवत त्यागपत्र प्रस्तुत करें तथा त्यागपत्र स्वीकृत होने के उपरांत संबंधित संस्था से NOC (No Objection Certificate) प्राप्त करें। उपर्युक्त प्रक्रिया पूर्ण करने के बाद ही वे HRPC की सदस्यता प्रक्रिया पूर्ण करें। यदि कोई आवेदक इस निर्धारित प्रक्रिया का पालन किए बिना आवेदन करता है या ऑनलाइन फॉर्म में असत्य अथवा भ्रामक जानकारी दर्ज करता है, तो ऐसी स्थिति में उसकी सदस्यता तत्काल निरस्त कर दी जाएगी तथा HRPC के प्रासंगिक नियम लागू किए जाएंगे। इस संबंध में विस्तृत जानकारी हेतु नोटिस क्रमांक HRPC_NS_130_04APRIL2025 संलग्न है। (If any current member of another human rights organization wishes to join Human Rights Protection Cell (HRPC), it is mandatory that they first submit a formal resignation to their existing organization and obtain a No Objection Certificate (NOC) after the resignation is duly accepted. Only after completing these formalities may they proceed with the HRPC membership process. If an applicant fails to follow this prescribed procedure or provides false or misleading information in the online form, their membership shall be immediately cancelled and other applicable HRPC rules will be enforced.
